Old beliefs established in childhood are projected forward on to new and current situations. The good news is that those beliefs can be changed and turned around.

I will provide you with multiple breakthrough techniques that release limitations, allowing you to change at a deep unconscious level, creating desired goals and challenging old behaviours and beliefs naturally.

How does the Breakthrough Process work?

Prior to the commencement of the program, I invite you to do some thinking and writing around a number of questions, for example:

  • If you could have anything from Breakthrough Coaching what would it be?
  • How would you know, undeniably today, that you had it, or that your problem/issue has disappeared?

The initial half of the day involves me asking you a series of questions, which provide an opportunity to uncover hidden treasures. I will then be able to establish how much more time will be required for the coaching and will work with you until you are clear that you have the results you want.

The process focuses on the outcome and the techniques for changes are swift and surprisingly comfortable to integrate.
