Azurite’s Career Coaching is a focused journey of discovery built around an agreed number of Confidential Career Coaching Sessions, each lasting between 2 – 3 hours, together with my being available to you by telephone or email contact as required in between sessions. Each session is followed by a period of personal contemplation time together with a series of homework exercises. We will work the times of the sessions around your schedule, because this program is all about YOU!
Our program is ‘whole-life’ based which means we take into account the lifestyle that you lead, not just the presenting issue or concern that you bring to the sessions, because, I believe that all aspects of life must be fully integrated and in harmony for fulfillment to occur.
We put a strong focus on turning your thoughts into practical steps and action plans for you, whilst enhancing your confidence and stretching your horizons in new directions.
Azurite combines a background of complementary skills gained in Individual and Group Career Coaching / Workshops, Communications, various Business Management disciplines, Creativity and Public Speaking, mixed with an MBA and NLP qualifications, in working with you to draw out your own resourcefulness, to create new possibilities, to decide on your chosen path and create an action plan to step forward throughout this journey and beyond with confidence and certainty.
This is achieved through a variety of innovative and creative learning and discovery methods, which open and strengthen your mental, emotional and physical foundations. Expect to be challenged with key questions and exercises that tap into your own unique resources to enhance Awareness, find solutions and the courage to step out of your comfort zone and make that change that you’ve always wanted to make.
