A gifted communicator, MBA, NLP Master Practitioner and an experienced Toastmaster with energy, enthusiasm and commitment to do whatever it takes to get the best out of everyone she works with.  This includes facilitating individuals and groups who want to make a real difference in their lives, both personally and professionally, enabling them to be the best they can be in a way that boosts creativity, motivation, self-awareness and confidence along with providing a range of accessible techniques that enable individuals and organisations to significantly raise their standards at everything they do.

Mary T set up Azurite Consulting, in 2006, giving her the opportunity to  work in a way that combines her right-brained Creative talents with the more left-brained logic in everything that she does.  She possesses a unique ability to perceive the big picture and the essential details simultaneously while maintaining the perspective required.  She knows when and how to move beyond the old rules and embrace new approaches.
