A 2 Day Personal Journey where you will draw upon your own unique resources to unblock the path of creativity and self-expression.

Joy will never come as a result of a “should” or an “ought”, but only as a result of doing what we freely want to do: a creative choice.
You do not have to be a writer, artist, photographer or musician to be creative - Creativity is a form of self-expression and our workshops will encourage you to learn how to express yourself in many new ways.
This is a 2-day personal journey where you will learn how to tap into your unique creativity and draw from the well of life experiences as you learn how to imaginatively translate those experiences into something which takes you from where you are and sets you on the road towards a more fulfilled and richer life.
It will also be an opportunity for you to examine and dissolve unhelpful self-concepts and limiting beliefs in order to liberate yourself so that your true spirit can shine.
Go on – be inspired by your own creativity! No experience or obvious talent necessary, just an open mind and willingness to think differently and have some fun!
This program can be run both individually and as a group.
