Our Lead with High Impact programme runs deeper and encompasses elements of all that comes before it, the full Communicate with High Impact at its core, optional Mentoring and Presenting with High impact modules, plus it deepens and builds awareness of authentic leadership and explores how vulnerability shows up for the Irish Leader every day and it challenges any limiting beliefs he/she may be holding on to that are impacting on their ability to be a truly inspired leader.

This programme supports our leaders, through a series of masterclasses and 1-to-1 coaching (over a 6 – 8 month period) who want to bring their leadership capabilities to the next level, to embrace their vulnerability and learn to challenge the old paradigms and patterns of behaviour that may no longer be serving them.

Sustainability is a question that comes up constantly for Leadership Development – How can we embody and role model leadership behaviours so that they become the norm and how do we hold ourselves accountable for our choices, decisions and behaviours?

This lead with high Impact programme invites us into the space of how we better sustain these learnings, choices and new strategies so they might become the new norm and part of the culture.  Of course, to do this effectively requires emotional exposure and vulnerability.
